Dua Lipa (born in London) is an English artist and singer. She was born on August 22 1995, in London United Kingdom. She signed a contract with Warner Bros Records after a couple of years of work and put out a self-titled album in the year 2017. It peaked in at the number three spot on the U.K. charts for albums and had eight singles, including the U.K. top-ten track New Rules and Be the One I.D.G.A.F. Lipa's album, which has since been certified Platinum in various nations around the globe, won her two Brit Awards (in the year 2018) in the categories of British female single artist and British Breakthrough act. She is the daughter of Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa Rexha and Dukagjin Lipa. Dua Lipa is Bosnian origin through her mother's grandmother.
